An antique oscillating fan inches the table back and fourth slowly the pushing the wooden head around in circles. The back half of the head is a glass bottle connected to the open mouth by a copper pipe. Three glass vials drip water down in the head's path. The chances of the water landing in the mouth are very slim, but on occasion, it does happen.
